Beings of the lake

These were originally projects done for an illustration class meant to show how I would handle a project to work on a children's book. Now I'm thinking of trying to turn this into a short film about a boy who encounters different creatures each time he looks into a lake near his house.

I've been working on a webcomic called "The Pure Soul" off and on for a long time now. These are some concept sketches of the main characters. The demon girl mati (top) and the priest Dito (bottom)
